Refund and Cancellation Policy
How refunds and cancellations work for purchases made through projects operated by Ebbline LLC.
Last updated
Where purchases happen
This website does not sell anything and does not take payments. Purchases are made through an individual Ebbline project's own website and checkout.
Each project sets out its prices, what is included, its billing period, and its specific refund and cancellation terms at its own checkout and in its own terms of service. Those project terms govern the purchase. This page explains the approach Ebbline LLC takes across all of them, and how to reach a person about any charge.
How you are charged
Customers are charged at checkout for one-time purchases or when starting a recurring subscription; some projects may also accept optional one-time tips.
Whatever the project, the merchant of record is Ebbline LLC, and the charge appears on card and bank statements as EBBLINE. That is the operating company's name rather than the product name, which is the usual reason a line looks unfamiliar.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not, by itself, refund a charge that has already been made.
Unless the project's own terms say otherwise, access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and does not renew after that.
Where a project offers cancellation from within the product, that is the fastest route. If you cannot find it, or you would rather someone did it for you, emailsupport@ebbline.com and we will cancel it and confirm in writing.
Requesting a refund
Refund requests go tosupport@ebbline.com. Please include:
- the project name;
- the date and amount of the charge;
- the last four digits of the card used — never the full number;
- a short note about what went wrong or why you are asking.
We read every request and reply to you by email. Where a refund is due under the project's terms, we issue it to the original payment method. Refunds are processed by our payment provider and typically take several business days to appear on a statement, depending on your bank.
If a project charged you in error, or a technical fault on our side meant you did not receive what you paid for, tell us and we will put it right.
Optional tips
Some projects may accept optional one-time tips. A tip is voluntary and buys no product, feature, or ongoing service. If you tipped by mistake, or tipped an amount you did not intend, email us and we will refund it.
Before requesting a chargeback
If you do not recognise a charge, or you think something has gone wrong, please email us first. Nearly every case is a statement line that readsEBBLINE rather than the product name, and we can identify a charge quickly and refund it where that is the right outcome. Contacting us is usually faster than a bank dispute, and it lets us fix the underlying problem.
