What this policy covers
This policy applies to ebbline.com, the company website for Ebbline LLC. It does not cover the individual projects Ebbline operates. Each project runs on its own website and publishes its own privacy policy, which governs the information that project collects.
What this website collects
Nothing. This is a static website. It does not set cookies, does not use analytics or tracking of any kind, does not embed third-party scripts, fonts, or pixels, and has no contact form, account system, or payment processing.
There is no advertising on this site, and no data from it is sold, rented, or shared for marketing.
Server logs
Like any website, ebbline.com is delivered by a hosting provider, and that provider may record standard technical request information — such as IP address, browser user agent, the page requested, and a timestamp — for security, abuse prevention, and reliability. Ebbline does not use these logs to build profiles of visitors and does not combine them with other information.
If you email us
When you write to support@ebbline.com, we receive your email address, your message, and anything you choose to include in it. We use that information to answer you and to keep a record of the request — for example, to resolve a billing question or a refund.
Please do not send full payment card numbers, passwords, or government identification numbers by email. If we need to verify a charge, the date, the amount, and the last four digits of the card are enough.
Support correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful for support and record-keeping, and for as long as any applicable tax or accounting rules require records of a transaction.
Your choices
Because this site collects nothing, there is nothing here to opt out of. If you have emailed us and would like your correspondence deleted, write tosupport@ebbline.com and we will do so, unless we are required to keep a record of a transaction.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to how it is used. To exercise any of them, email us. We will not treat you differently for asking.
Children
This website is not directed to children, and Ebbline does not knowingly collect personal information from children through it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Because this site collects nothing, changes are most likely to be clarifications rather than changes to what happens with your information.
